CRE8IVE AI — COOKIE POLICY | Effective: February 19, 2026
Cre8ive AI, LLC
Cre8ive AI, LLC (“Cre8ive AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and our business Clients use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, and similar technologies (collectively, “Cookies”) on the Cre8ive AI Platform and in Client White-Label Deployments to operate essential functions, analyze usage, support advertising, and comply with applicable law.
This Cookie Policy explains what Cookies are, the specific types we use, the third-party providers involved, how long Cookies are retained, and how you can manage or opt out of Cookie use. This Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy at www.cre8iveai.com/privacy-policy. Where Cookies collect personal data, the Privacy Policy governs that data.
Cookies are small text files placed on a user’s device when they visit a website or interact with a web-based application. They allow the application to recognize the device, remember preferences, maintain sessions, and gather interaction data. Cookies are universally used to make digital services function efficiently.
Web beacons (also called pixel tags or clear GIFs) are tiny image files embedded in web pages or emails. They communicate with a server when loaded, enabling tracking of page views, email opens, and conversion events. Tracking pixels function similarly and are particularly used for advertising attribution.
These Cookies are essential to Platform operation and cannot be disabled without significantly impairing functionality. They include:
Strictly necessary Cookies do not require prior consent and are always active.
We use Google Analytics to understand how Clients and End Users interact with the Platform. Google Analytics collects information such as pages viewed, session duration, navigation paths, and device/browser data. This data is aggregated and used to improve Platform performance and user experience. Google Analytics data may be transferred to Google’s servers in the United States. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
We and our advertising partners use the following tools for marketing measurement and attribution:
Data collected through these tools may be used to build advertising profiles and deliver targeted ads on third-party platforms. This activity may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under CCPA. California residents have the right to opt out as described in Section 7.
Functional Cookies enable enhanced, personalized features such as saved preferences, dashboard layout settings, and language/region selections. They may be set by us or by integrated third-party platforms including HubSpot and Salesforce CRM.
Stripe, our payment processor, uses cookies and tracking technologies to secure payment sessions, prevent fraud, and manage billing workflows. Stripe’s cookie and privacy practices are governed by Stripe’s own privacy policy. We do not store full payment card data.
Twilio is used to facilitate SMS and voice communications through the Platform. Twilio may collect device identifiers and session metadata to deliver and log communications. Twilio’s practices are governed by Twilio’s privacy policy.
HubSpot and/or Salesforce CRM integrations may set cookies or receive session data to track lead interactions, manage client pipelines, and sync communication history. These providers operate under their own cookie and privacy policies.
The Platform uses session cookies and server-side records to capture and preserve TCPA consent timestamps, consent language presented to consumers, and device/session identifiers at the time of consent. These records serve as critical legal documentation of required consumer consent and are retained for a minimum of four (4) years.
You may delete Cookies from your device at any time through your browser settings; however, doing so may impair Platform functionality.
Clients deploying the Cre8ive AI Platform under a White-Label brand are solely responsible for ensuring their deployment complies with applicable cookie consent laws in all jurisdictions where End Users are located, including:
Clients must implement a compliant cookie consent banner or Consent Management Platform (CMP) in their White-Label Deployment that: (a) informs End Users of Cookie use before placement; (b) obtains prior consent for non-essential Cookies; (c) allows withdrawal of consent; and (d) maintains consent records. Cre8ive AI is not responsible for Client’s cookie consent compliance failures.
The Platform includes cookies placed by third-party providers listed in Section 3. Cre8ive AI does not control these third-party cookies. Each provider operates under its own cookie and privacy policies. We encourage you to review the policies of Google, Meta, Stripe, Twilio, HubSpot, and Salesforce for information about their data practices.
Most browsers allow you to block all cookies, block only third-party cookies, clear existing cookies, or receive warnings before cookies are set. Disabling cookies may impair Platform functionality. Refer to your browser’s help documentation for instructions.
Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout to prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data.
Opt out of interest-based advertising via: the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) at optout.aboutads.info; the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) at optout.networkadvertising.org; or your device’s advertising ID settings.
California residents may opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information, including data collected through advertising Cookies and pixels, by contacting [email protected] or using the opt-out mechanism in the relevant consent interface. We do not sell the personal information of consumers known to be under 16 without affirmative authorization.
EEA and UK residents who have consented to non-essential Cookies may withdraw consent at any time through the cookie consent settings in the relevant Platform deployment or by contacting [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated to Clients by email or in-Platform notice at least thirty (30) days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
